Uploading a bill to submit your claim via the Pluxee India App is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
- Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
- If you have multiple cards, swipe left/right to select your card.
- Below your virtual card, swipe up to view eligible wallets.
- Tap on the wallet you want to submit a claim for.
- Tap Upload Bill:
- Enter the INR amount to be claimed.
- Upload the bill file.
- Tap ‘Submit All Claims’.
Note
Uploading multiple bills? Click ‘Add Another Claim’ for each bill.
Special Case: Telecommunication & Data Claims
To upload bills for telecom and data:
- Tap ‘Upload Bill’ under the communication benefit wallet.
- Enter the claim amount.
- Select your registered communication number from the dropdown.
(Only one number can be added at a time. To delete/change it, contact Pluxee Customer Care.) - Upload the bill and tap ‘Submit All Claims’.
- A success message will appear once submitted.

Uploading a bill to submit your claim via the Pluxee Consumer Web Portal is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Pluxee India Consumer Web Portal [link].
- If you have multiple cards, scroll left/right to select your card.
- Click the three dots (•••) on the benefit card.
- Select ‘Upload Claims’.
- Enter the INR amount to be claimed.
- Upload the bill file.
- Accepted formats: .png, .jpeg, .pdf
- Max file size: 10MB
- Click ‘Submit Claim’.
- A success message will confirm your submission.
