How do I upload bills to submit my claims on the Pluxee India App or Pluxee Consumer Web Portal?

Uploading a bill to submit your claim via the Pluxee India App is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
  2. If you have multiple cards, swipe left/right to select your card.
  3. Below your virtual card, swipe up to view eligible wallets.
  4. Tap on the wallet you want to submit a claim for.
  5. Tap Upload Bill:
    1. Enter the INR amount to be claimed.
    2. Upload the bill file.
    3. Tap ‘Submit All Claims’.
Note

Uploading multiple bills? Click ‘Add Another Claim’ for each bill.

Special Case: Telecommunication & Data Claims
To upload bills for telecom and data:

  1. Tap ‘Upload Bill’ under the communication benefit wallet.
  2. Enter the claim amount.
  3. Select your registered communication number from the dropdown.
    (Only one number can be added at a time. To delete/change it, contact Pluxee Customer Care.)
  4. Upload the bill and tap ‘Submit All Claims’.
  5. A success message will appear once submitted.
