My Pluxee Card has expired. How can I get a new card?

If your Pluxee Card has expired, and you are an active user, a new card is automatically generated for you.

  • You will receive an email on your registered email address with the card reference number needed for activation.
  • Your new physical card will be dispatched within 15 days from the date of issuance.
  • Meanwhile, you can activate and use your digital card via the Pluxee India App for making online transactions.
