My Pluxee Card has expired. How can I get a new card?

Lost or misplaced your card?

In case your card is valid (check for validity: mm/yy, on the card or Pluxee India app) and have lost/ damaged your physical card – you can easily request for a replacement card.

If your Pluxee Card has expired, and you have been receiving monthly credit amount from the employer who issued the card, a new card will automatically be generated for you.

  • You will receive an email on your registered email address with the card reference number needed for activation.
  • Your new physical card will be processed and dispatched.
  • Meanwhile, you can activate and use your digital card via the Pluxee India App for making online transactions post enabling e-commerce transactions.

In case you had stopped Pluxee card monthly credits in the past and now have re-opted for it, while being employed with the same company who issued the card – kindly look for an email from ‘donotreply@notifications.pluxee.in’ in your official email id inbox or spam folder. Please follow the instructions given in that email.

If you have left the company which issued you the card and your card has expired – Please contact our contact centre.
