How can I transfer money from my Pluxee Reimbursement Wallet to my bank account?

You can transfer funds from your Pluxee Reimbursement Wallet to your bank account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Pluxee India App.
  2. Swipe to locate your Pluxee Benefits Card.
  3. Tap on the card to view all your wallets.
  4. Select the Reimbursement Wallet.
  5. Tap on the ‘Transfer Money’ option.

    Note

    This option will appear only if your organization has enabled bank transfers.

Add Your Bank Account (One-Time Setup):

  1. Tap ‘Transfer Money’, then click on ‘Add Beneficiary’.
  2. Enter your bank account details.
  3. You can add only one bank account at a time.
  4. Transfers are allowed only to your own bank account.
  5. Your bank details will be verified via Penny Drop (₹1 will be credited).
  6. Once validated, you’ll receive confirmation via email, SMS, and in-app notification.

Initiate Fund Transfer:

  1. After 30 minutes (as per RBI guidelines), return to the Reimbursement Wallet.
  2. Tap on ‘Transfer Money’, then click ‘Transfer Now’.
  3. Enter the amount to be transferred (must be in multiples of ₹500, with a minimum of ₹500).
  4. Click on ‘Transfer Now’.
  5. You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation along with a transaction ID.
